• Then on the next page leave the quantity at "1" as indicated.

• Under "Price Per Item",
  enter the amount you wish
  to donate.

• Then proceed to checkout and follow instructions to enter the credit card information.

If you send $100 or more, when the book is published you will get a free autographed copy. With a donation of $200 or more you will receive two free autographed copies. Please include a mailing address for me to send the book(s).
